To ensure every athlete receives a high level of coaching, support, and communication, enrollment for the Founding Member class is limited.

Once enrollment is full, registration will close and future athletes will join at the current Academy rate.

Build The Foundation

Before athletes can become faster, they must develop the ability to produce force.

Athletes develop:

  • Ankle Stiffness

  • Knee Stability

  • Hip Power

  • Force Production

A stronger foundation creates a faster first step.

Duration: 30 Days

​Develop First-Step Speed

Once the foundation is built, athletes learn how to apply it.

Athletes develop:

  • Acceleration Mechanics

  • Sprint Posture

  • Explosive Starts

  • First-Step Acceleration

This phase teaches athletes how to transfer power into speed.

Duration: 30 Days

​React Faster. Move Faster.

Speed is only useful if athletes can apply it in real time.

Athletes develop:

  • Reaction Time

  • Decision Making

  • First-Step Response

  • Athletic Movement

Athletes learn to react, respond, and move faster in game situations.

Duration: 30 Days

Stay Fast When Others Slow Down

Many athletes can be fast when they're fresh. This phase teaches athletes how to maintain speed under fatigue.

Athletes develop:

  • Game-Speed Conditioning

  • Repeat Sprint Ability

  • Recovery Between Efforts

  • Speed Endurance

Athletes learn how to stay explosive throughout competition.

Duration: 30 Days
